OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service VA with a background in dropshipping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and has a talent for solving customer issues effectively.
TASKS:
Manage customer inquiries through our Help Desk platform
Use tools like Google Translate, DeepL (preferred), or ChatGPT to communicate with customers in different languages as needed
Respond to Customer Questions or Comments on our Ads on
REQUIREMENTS:
Speak & write in fluent English
Prior experience in customer service for dropshipping businesses
Proficiency with online translation tools
Strong communication skills and responsiveness
with KPIs as follows:
answer all customer inquiries in <12h
Stay below 24h Response time
PROVIDED:
Video training of each task can be provided (if needed)
Access to Helpdesk Dashboard platform - all customer inquiries (
RATE: $3.00/ hour ($480/ month) + 20-35% Bonus if the KPIs are met
