Customer Service VA for Fashion Dropshipping Brand

Tasks:

- reply to customers emails using ChatGpt (give shipping update, relax angry customers, ask pictures for damaged products, propose partial refunds when needed, organize reshipments etc.)
- communicate with Supplier about order issues ( variants update, address update, order cancellations etc.)
- create replacement orders on Shopify for reshipment
- track refunds \ returns \ reshipments in excel file
- send daily resume of work and ask for help if needed.

Soft Skill:
- intuitive
- precise (don't left anything behind and forget about tickets)
- don't make confusion (like opening multiple emails threads with the same customer)
- be able to calm customers
