Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Amazon & E-Commerce Business Support / Customer Service Specialist?

Type: Full-Time, Long-Term, Remote

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
* Customer Service (CS): Manage customer inquiries through email, Amazon Seller Central, social media (Facebook, etc.), ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Amazon Account Health Management: Monitor seller feedback, handle policy compliance notifications, and maintain Amazon case logs to ensure account compliance.
* Amazon Listings Management: Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including experience with flat files (preferred).
* Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and manage Lightning Deals, 7-Day Deals, coupons, and other promotional strategies.
* Market Analysis: Track and analyze keyword rankings, Best Seller Rank (BSR), sub-categories, and competitor pricing for continuous optimization.
* Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly performance reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
* Expense & Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, forecast stock needs, manage expense records, and ensure supplier invoices are accurate.
* Marketing Support: Assist with sales campaigns, social media activity, and improve Amazon storefront presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience supporting an Amazon business and familiarity with Seller Central.
* Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and business reporting.
* E-Commerce Knowledge: Experience in e-commerce operations and online sales.
* Excellent Communication: Confident in handling customer queries and working closely with the team.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing product listings, invoices, and reports.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently while offering valuable recommendations for improvement.
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
* Experience with Amazon flat files.
* Familiarity with Amazon promotions and keyword tracking tools.
* Experience in inventory management, including forecasting and reordering.
