JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a customer support agent to answer emails, handle returns, and refunds, handle chargeback cases, communicate with suppliers, and everything regarding the customer support side, with potentially other opportunities and room to grow.

We’re looking for someone who can grow alongside our brand. Someone teachable/a quick learner that we can train up and eventually work towards leading a team or managing other employees.

Starting would be part-time and hours will rise depending on email volume.

What we are looking for:
- Someone who can think for themself and figure out problems on their own
- Someone who can be independent and learn quick
- Must have at least 1 year of Customer support experience
- Someone with experience handling customer emails, disputes, refunds and returns and experience communicating with suppliers
- Someone who can stay organized
- Someone who can handle criticism
