Customer Service VA

Hello! My name is Mike Parker, I run a 6 figure online business called “Direct Farm Marketing''. We help farmers and ranchers from around the world sell their farm products directly to consumers by servicing them a high ticket “done for you” offer. We have new clients each month that are in need of our services. I am looking for a skilled and experienced client success role that is an extreme go -getter and can wear multiple hats to support the clients in our program.

Some of the skills needed, highly organized, calendar management, customer support, project management skill, experience in meta biz suite, google workspace, working with domains and dns management - willing to work and jump in on any task/project, graphic design, experience in google sheets, financial reporting, basecamp project management, and general digital marketing.

Your role will be to assist our clients in our program, help them onboard and setup social media accounts, meta biz suite, meta ads account, connect and manage domains, guide/setup google workspace for clients, help manage their projects, schedule training calls and provide training resources too them.

I will only consider a candidate with strong english speaking and writing skills, reliable internet with backup, and ability to provide technical support. Someone who I can build a long term (many years) relationship with as my go to personal assistant.
