Our brand is a warm and friendly e-commerce store specializing in beautiful baby and kids' clothing, as well as practical items that make life easier for parents.We’re looking for a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Agent who will play a key role in creating a positive experience for every customer.
Your Role:
As our Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our lovely customers, helping them with everything from order inquiries and returns to questions about our products. Your experience with Shopify and Service Points will be invaluable in managing customer orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication. You’ll also work with tools like Zendesk or Gorgias to handle queries efficiently, all while providing a friendly, personal touch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic and efficient support for customer inquiries.
- Manage orders, returns, and Service Points interactions through Shopify.
- Communicate with suppliers to start & solve disputes and change orders.
- Use customer service tools to resolve issues swiftly and with care.
- Ensure a seamless experience, offering warm support to each customer.
- Handle Paypal & Klarna disputes
Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify & Dropshipping stores.
- Familiarity with Service Points Platform
- Warm, friendly and efficient communicator
- Familiarity with handling Paypal & Klarna disputes
- Proficient in customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias).
- Friendly, empathetic, and a quick learner.
