JOB OVERVIEW

About the role:
I’m looking for experienced Customer Experience Associates to work directly with our telehealth patients to help them reach their weight loss goals and ensure that they have a great experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is adept at problem solving, is experienced in remote settings, and who loves helping others.

What You'll Do:
- Resolve emails and chats from patients and document relevant information as needed.
- Create a feedback loop and processes between customers, medical team, health coaches, and the care team to help improve the customer’s experience.
- Identify and recommend updates based on customer feedback in relation to product, FAQs, services, and more.
Meet establish SLA’s and other performance goals
- This role is a part-time contract (1099) role at $5 per hour with a target of 30-40 hours per week during normal US business (9-5 EST) hours including weekends.

About You:
- Multiple years of experience in a customer support role for US companies
- Adept at supporting a complex service
- Strong communication skills - writing, typing and phone.
- Organized and detail-oriented work
- Experience with Helpscout or similar ticketing systems
- Nursing background or Healthcare Experience
