Position: Transitions Specialist - Customer Service
Job Description:
The transitions specialist is responsible for facilitating the smooth on/offboarding of clients with Far Out Solutions.
This role involves managing the project within the system, coordinating with clients about their needs, and provide the clients and other divisions with the necessary information during the transition and ensuring all necessary steps are taken on the dates given by the clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Guiding and informing clients throughout the on/offboarding process, ensuring the clients have everything they need during the transition.
Updating the account information in Autotask during and after the on/offboarding process.
Managing and updating tasks in the project during and after the on/offboarding transition.
Coordinating and assisting other departments and divisions during the on/offboarding process.
Tracking offboarded properties with outstanding balances.
Qualification:
"Precision in handling tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation, data entry, and communication.
The ability to manage multiple tasks, keep track of deadlines, and maintain an orderly work environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors effectively.
The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to support daily operations.
Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
The ability to work well with others, demonstrating teamwork and a positive attitude.
Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and take on new tasks as required.
A reliable individual who can be trusted to perform tasks without close supervision.
The capability to handle unexpected issues calmly and find practical solutions."
Experience:
High School Diploma (Degree Preferred) 1-2 years of experience in the customer support field.
Experience in project management is preferred Advanced Excel management skills
