JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a problem-solving, detail-oriented customer service pro with a soft spot for dogs? If so, we want you on our team! We’re a dog-centered brand looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to manage our customer service inquiries and provide an amazing experience for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:
A critical thinker who can resolve issues quickly and effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Experience with WooCommerce (preferred but not required)
Someone who thrives working by themselves

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media channels
Handle product or order-related concerns professionally and efficiently
Process refunds, replacements, and other order-related requests
Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Opportunities to grow into more roles if desired.
