Customer Service Speciallist

At Blackbird Hospitality Management we're looking to hire additional customer service agents for Short Term Rental operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction: You'll be the friendly face behind our guest interactions, responding promptly and warmly to inquiries, bookings, and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Communication Excellence: Engage with guests naturally and fluently in English, steering clear of robotic BPO scripts. We value authentic connections and personalized service.

Problem-Solving: Proactively address guest concerns with innovative solutions aimed at enhancing their experience, turning potential issues into opportunities.

Booking Management: Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.

Feedback Loop: Be the voice of our guests, collecting valuable feedback to fuel our continuous improvement efforts, and fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Maintain Data Integrity: Keep our records up-to-date and accurate.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about our property features, services, and local attractions, empowering you to assist guests with their inquiries and enhance their stay experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven work experience in customer service, ideally within the short-term rental or hospitality sector.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a focus on authenticity and rapport-building.
Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with a knack for critical thinking and efficiency.
Familiarity with property management systems and platforms.
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.

We're looking to fill 2 full time - 6 days a week positions:
Morning: Sunday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM |Sat OFF - Central Time
Evening: Tuesday-Sunday 4:00PM - 00:00AM | Monday OFF - Central Time
