Overview:

We have immediate openings for skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialists to join our team in supporting MatchAwards.com, an innovative platform connecting Government Entities, Businesses, Job Seekers, Students and Investors to contract, grant, loan, investment, scholarship opportunities and more. This is a long-term position with benefits, as part of our client support team, helping users create impactful profiles to unlock real-time opportunities. We build economic ecosystems by increasing the economic connections of communities. We are a U.S. based technology company.

MatchAwards.com allows users—such as architects, engineers, developers, and virtual assistants—to create profiles based on their expertise. They are then matched with tailored contract, grant, loan, and job opportunities in their Profile Feed or Dashboard – every day. As a Customer Service Specialists, you will play a critical role in providing both technical and business support, ensuring users create effective profiles to begin receiving relevant opportunities immediately. You will need to become highly knowledgeable about the platform as it processes millions of opportunities for users worldwide daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist global users in creating optimized profiles that align with their skills, business expertise and industry needs.
• Provide technical support and constant Beta Testing as bugs and issues arise with each version upgrade of the Platform. .
• Become an expert on the MatchAwards.com platform, understanding its features, functionalities, and potential use cases for various industries.
• Work closely with users to help them navigate and maximize the value of their personalized dashboard and Profile Feed.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team to ensure user success and satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in Internet and social media tools, with an ability to navigate and support users on digital platforms.
• Ability to analyze internal and external business processes across digital marketing, supply chain management, accounting, finance, and remote operations.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to providing technical and business support.
• Experience or knowledge in business process improvement, with an understanding of how technology platforms like MatchAwards.com can be leveraged for business growth.
• Comfortable making strategic recommendations to users on how to capitalize on relevant opportunities based on their expertise.
