Digital Utopia runs multiple ecommerce stores and works with customers and shipping partners worldwide. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to grow with us!
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer support tickets efficiently via
- Investigate and troubleshoot order issues, including delivery delays, refunds, or product inquiries.
- Collaborate with shipping partners to address logistics and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Work within Shopify to track orders, manage customer data, and update order statuses.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and contribute to strategies that enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce customer support.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify is required.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Must be available to work weekends (with rotating days off during the week!).
