JOB OVERVIEW

We are a brand new dropshipping brand focused on fashion products, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist who understands the specific challenges of fashion dropshipping from China.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via email and/or chat (pre-sales and post-sales)

Handling size-related questions, tracking updates, and delivery delays

Managing refunds, returns, and exchange requests following our refund policy

Coordinating with suppliers in China for missing items, defects, or sizing issues

Creating and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all refund and customer service scenarios

Keeping a calm, professional, and kind tone, even with difficult customers

Updating customer order statuses manually if needed



Requirements:

Proven experience with fashion dropshipping customer support

Deep understanding of refund and return processes from Chinese suppliers

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Reliable, fast communication

Familiarity with Shopify and common customer service tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)

Self-managed and detail-oriented


Bonus if you have:

Your own SOPs already built for handling refunds and returns in fashion

Experience using Slack, Notion, or other team communication tools

A creative, problem-solving mindset
