JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering customer calls and inquiries, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints or issues
- Provide product information and assist with placing orders
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, adaptability to changing situations (i.e. possess the resourcefulness to find solutions, collaborate with teams, or seek out information to resolve customer inquiries effectively)
- Versatility and willingness to wear multiple hats
- Previous customer service experience in e-commerce is a plus
