We are looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Support Specialist who will provide exceptional client service, manage student accounts, and support marketing activities. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping others, highly detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the spiritual nature of our work and be comfortable using tools like GHL, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer service emails and respond promptly to client inquiries
* Assist with student accounts and course administration
* Provide marketing support by creating and scheduling social media content and posting
* Familiarize yourself with Lisa’s offerings to better serve our clients
* Work with the personal assistant for onboarding and training
