That's our motto at Big Hammer—we help customers tackle their demolition projects by providing quality tools and products. Our Shopify store is growing, and we're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to join our team and support our rapid expansion!

Job Type: Part-time (Remote)

**Working Hours: this postion is for standard business hours in the states **
this position can start part time and transition into full time. Onboarding may have varied hours depending on what works best for you and us.
Main Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management:
Upload, update, and edit product listings on Shopify.
Create and edit product pages, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation.
Fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.

Inbox Coordination & Customer Support:
Monitor and manage our inbox daily from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to resolve urgent matters.
Provide outstanding customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Administrative & Assistant Tasks:
Perform data entry and maintain organization using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Notion.
Review drawings and product images for accurate part numbers and product details.
Edit images and graphics as needed using software like Canva.
Conduct online research and provide general virtual assistant support as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with Shopify, Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and Notion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be comfortable talking with customers.
Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
A proactive and optimistic attitude.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Knowledge and use of AI in the workplace.
