As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be the heart of our operations, ensuring that our customers always feel heard and taken care of in our small family business.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent service, and as a CSR, you’ll play a crucial part in making that happen. Whether you’re answering calls, helping customers with inquiries, or supporting our team in managing operational tasks, you’ll be ensuring everything runs smoothly. Plus, you’ll have the chance to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls when needed.
Responding to customer
Managing Google reviews—acknowledging and addressing customer feedback.
Reminding satisfied customers to leave us a review!
Handling permits, scheduling inspections, and keeping customers updated on appointments.
Managing invoices and receipts in QuickBooks (no worries, we’ll train you!).
Registering equipment for warranties and ensuring compliance.
Following up with customers to ensure they're happy with our service.
Providing quotes and booking water heater installations (BONUS opportunities await!).
Working closely with our field team to keep everything in sync.
What We’re Looking For:
Fantastic communication skills (both verbal and written).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Previous experience with Servicetitan is a plus (but not a must!).
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
Previous customer service experience is great, but if you’re passionate about helping others, we’ll train you!
