About the Role:
Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy problem-solving and providing exceptional customer service? As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and assistance with a variety of inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone,
Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Process orders and manage customer accounts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in computer systems and software (e.g., CRM,
Requirements:
Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST
Strong proficiency in English
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Compensation:
Full-time position
