Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our customer communication. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across all our stores and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include:
Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product information. Your problem-solving skills will make a significant impact on the customer experience.
Complaint Tracking: Monitor and follow up on customer complaints to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
-Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to efficiently resolve order-related issues and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to help us continuously improve our service.
Feedback Provision: Offer valuable feedback to the team regarding recurring customer issues and opportunities for improvement.

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or dropshipping sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with customer service tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms.
