Customer Service Representative VA (Permanent WFH)

Hello there! We are in need to Customer Service Representative VA for an E-commerce client.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
2. Communicate with customers through phone calls and emails.
3. Acknowledge and resolve customer inquiries.
4. Process returns, exchanges, routing calls to the sales team.
5. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
6. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in customer service, handling phone calls, emails and chat
2. Experience in e-commerce: Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, etc.. is a MUST
3. Excellent communication skills, written and oral
4. Flexible and Trainable
5. Tech savvy
6. Up-beat, friendly, team-player attitude
7. Can work Fulltime and start ASAP
8. Can work in PST
