Key Responsibilities

1) Client Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and warmth.
Assist clients with booking, service inquiries, and general support.

2) Dispute Resolution
Address client concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused approach.
Work with the operations team to resolve disputes and ensure client satisfaction.

3) Hospitality Excellence
Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
Provide proactive communication before and after services to enhance the customer experience.

4) Process Improvement
Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Document client feedback to help refine our services and processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or dispute resolution.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools
