JOB OVERVIEW

Dear,

We are looking for long-term, full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team. There is significant growth potential for those who consistently make a positive contribution to our company. We are seeking dedicated, customer-focused candidates who will represent the company with excellent service and commitment.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

Re:amaze (support help desk)
Shopify (eCommerce platform)

Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Responding to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, and FAQs.
- Contributing to documentation and continuously improving support processes.
- Ensuring all customer inquiries are answered promptly and accurately.
- Demonstrating professionalism and dedication at all times.
- Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and ticket resolution speed.

Applicants must:

- Have at least 3 years of experience in customer support.
- Be proficient in Shopify and eCommerce.
- Speak and write fluent English.
- Be available Monday to Sunday, including weekly team calls.
- Be organized, motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
- Be available to start immediately and work full-time.

We want to work with someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is committed to delivering high-quality customer support. Emails exchanged with customers must be consistent, clear, and precise (e.g., no duplicate responses, vague answers, or off-topic replies).
