Customer Service Representative – Phone Outreach (6 PM to 11 PM, UK Time)

We are looking for multiple fluent English speakers with excellent communication skills to represent our dessert shop. The role involves making professional phone calls to customers, ensuring a positive experience, and encouraging them to leave positive reviews, which are vital for our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to customers daily between 6 PM and 11 PM (UK Time).
Use a provided script for the introduction and tailor conversations as needed.
Handle customer feedback professionally and empathetically, ensuring their concerns are understood and addressed appropriately.
Encourage customers to leave positive reviews, emphasizing the importance of reviews for our business.
Requirements:

Fluent in English with no discernible accent (UK or American accent preferred).
Confidence in speaking professionally over the phone.
Ability to handle various customer interactions with initiative and tact.
Experience in customer service or a similar phone-based role is required.
Available to work 5 hours daily, Monday to Sunday.
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
