My name is Jess Reynolds, and I run a thriving online education platform called AIM Wellness Education dedicated to empowering students through high-quality courses and exceptional support. Our mission is to create meaningful learning experiences, and we are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Your daily tasks will include three main areas of responsibility:
1. Customer Support:

• Highly organized, empathetic, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
