We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand with a passionate customer base and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
We’re looking for someone who not only excels in customer service but is also skilled in using tools like Shopify and ZenDesk to create efficient workflows. This part-time role is for 10-15 hours per week, with the potential to increase hours as our business grows.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via
- Utilize Shopify to resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, and more.
- Implement and optimize ZenDesk automation setups for an organized and ticketed system.
- Collaborate with our team to build streamlined workflows that improve the customer experience.
- Incorporate our inventory and warehouse fulfillment software into daily tasks to:
Access tracking numbers.
Process order payments.
Reship orders.
Track inventory and fulfillment status.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- 2-3+ years of experience with Shopify, with a strong understanding of how to integrate it into customer service workflows.
- 2-3+ years of experience with ZenDesk, specifically in automation setups and workflow optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude.
