JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers when they call, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience.

TWO OFF DAYS: One off day during the week and one off day during the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

**Work Shift Times (PHST) **
Lunch: 1:00 HR
1ST SHIFT: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM LUNCH: 12:00 AM -1:00 AM
2ND SHIFT: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM LUNCH: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Communicate effectively in English to serve clientele
Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.
