Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure that all customer inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. You have prior experience in customer service via
Your main tasks will include:
Customer Service via
Track & Trace Codes: You will check at least three track & trace codes daily. If there are issues with any packages, you will contact the supplier and investigate the whereabouts of the package. You will keep the customer updated on the progress and ensure a quick resolution.
Shopify Experience: Experience with Shopify is essential. You will manage orders, process returns, and have a good understanding of the platform to provide effective support to customers.
Offer Solutions and Compensation: You will offer customers appropriate solutions, such as a percentage refund or other compensation options when necessary.
Collaboration: You will work closely with other customer service representatives and various departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Working Under Pressure: You must be able to perform well under pressure, staying calm and professional even in stressful situations.
Availability 7 Days a Week: Since we want to support our customers seven days a week, flexibility is key. You will work various shifts, including weekends.
Qualifications:
Experience in
Proficiency in Excel and Word: You have basic knowledge of Excel and Word and can use these tools effectively.
Experience with Shopify: You have hands-on experience with the Shopify platform and understand how to manage orders and customer queries within the system.
Problem-Solving and Customer-Centric Mindset: You are able to quickly and efficiently find solutions while keeping the customer at the forefront of your mind.
Strong Communication Skills: You possess strong written communication skills and can express yourself clearly, professionally, and courteously.
Team Player: You are a collaborative tea
Flexibility: You are willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Independence and Proactivity: You take initiative and are capable of resolving issues independently.
