Customer Service Representative - Commercial Insurance with Applied Epic Experience

Fully Remote - Work From Home - Full-Time Position (40 hours/week)

You MUST have at least 1 year of COMMERCIAL insurance experience with Applied Epic to qualify.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer calls, send emails, and assist with client inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Process insurance certificates and ensure accurate data entry.
- Research client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Assist account managers with various projects and maintain service timelines.
- Receive paid training through webinars, videos, and hands-on learning.

Required Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with sharp attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Must have at least one year of commercial insurance experience (non-negotiable).
- Applied Epic experience is required.

Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Full-Time).
- Full commitment required; no other employment allowed.
