What You’ll Do
Incoming Calls:
Greet customers warmly and professionally.
Address customer inquiries and recommend our tailored servicing options.
Guide customers to the best solution based on their needs, concerns, and budget.
Confidently handle price objections by emphasizing value over cost.
Outbound Calls:
Proactively reach out to customers whose units are due for servicing.
Show empathy while creating urgency for timely maintenance.
Promote the benefits of servicing to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability.
Data Entry & CRM:
Accurately input customer details and interactions into our CRM system.
Maintain clear and organized records for seamless follow-ups.
