Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Filipino only

Position Overview
We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to focus on outreach and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers find solutions that meet their needs. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting potential customers with our HVAC services while ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Identify and qualify leads based on their HVAC needs and preferences.
• Schedule appointments for HVAC consultations with our sales or technical team.
• Maintain and update customer records in HubSpot to track engagement and progress.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Work Hours
• Monday to Friday: 11 AM - 8 PM (EST).
• One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) may be required for follow-ups or customer appointments.

Compensation
• Base pay starting at $5 per hour.
• Performance-based incentives for each qualified customer referred to the team.

Qualifications
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot (a plus).
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
