Customer Service Representative

We are a UK-based start-up business looking for a part-time customer service representative to make outbound calls and introduce our services. This is a voice-based role so you must be comfortable speaking in English and have previous experience in customer service, call centre, or virtual assistant voice support.

Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to care providers in the UK
- Introduce our service and book appointments
- Follow a simple call script
- Record call details in a tracker
- Update the team regularly on progress

Requirements:
- Good spoken English (must sound clear and professional)
- Experience in voice-based customer service or call centre work
- Confident in making calls and starting conversations
- Able to follow a script and take notes during calls
- Stable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Google

Work Details:
- Part-time to start (with the potential to go full-time after evaluation)
- UK working hours (2 to 4 hours per day, flexible)
- Fully remote
- Starting with £3 to £4 depending on experience
