Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Training for an Insurance Agency in California, USA. Full Time with Benefits. First 3 weeks is learning our phone system and agency management system. We pay 162.66 Peso Per Hour to start. Next 60 days we train on operations and teach basic insurance understanding. We pay 177.13 Peso Per Hour for operations and basic training. Next 90 Days we teach skills to assist our licensed insurance agents. We pay 207.00 Peso Per Hour for skills training for 90 days. When certified as a Customer Service Agent you will receive 235 Peso Per Hour. From this point on you will have the opportunity to learn additional skills and receive pay increases at your own pace. This is a career position and we are looking for a long term relationship. We require excellent speech, writing and comprehension in American English. You must have a computer that supports 2 monitors and can run video, accept phone calls and search the internet all at the same time. You must have high speed internet and provide proof of up and down speeds. This position works during our open hours which is at night in the Philippines. You must have prior experience working at night as not everyone can do so. We pay 80 hours every two weeks directly to your bank account.
