Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and be responsible for posting ads and obituaries with accuracy and sensitivity.
Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in written content.
Experience in customer service, preferably in publishing, media, or a similar industry.
Highly organized and responsible, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
Availability to work during Pacific Time (PT) business hours.
A working knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
