We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, resolving inquiries efficiently, and contributing to a positive overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage inbound inquiries via Help Scout
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information about our products and services.
Respond to customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
Issue Resolution:
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate tea
Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor customer satisfaction trends and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the overall service experience.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally within retail, apparel, or related industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using customer support tools such as Help Scout or similar CRM software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
