JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated CSR to join our team. You will help customers by answering their emails and messages. Your job is to make sure customers feel good and help them with their questions. You will be responsible for managing email tickets and responding to customer comments and messages across our integrated platform.

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Patience and understanding when dealing with customer inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools is a plus.
