Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team who has GREAT ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS (minimal to no accent) and can start immediately.


• Your responsibilities:
1. ANSWER INCOMING CALLS
You will answer the phone pleasantly and with a smile. We will train you how to answer questions. You will take detailed call summary notes which will include contact information and any other relevant information.

You should be comfortable on the phone and have a strong grasp of American English. Must have excellent comprehension and the ability to converse in English effortlessly.

2. HELP WITH ADMIN TASKS
You will assist in doing tasks that may come along the way.


• You must have:
- a quiet workplace
- backup internet
- backup power bank
- working headset


Starting rate is $3 on the 1st month, $4 on the 2nd month and $5 on the 3rd month.

SCHEDULE:
Monday-Fridays & Sunday
Saturday- (clock in only if needed)
