Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and their needs are met.
Meet individual and team performance goals, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with using computers, CRM tools, and other customer service software.
