JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with clients via phone in a clear and professional manner.
2. Manage schedules using Google Calendar and other Google tools.
3. Update and maintain information in CRMs.
4. Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service.
5. Handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in phone-based roles.
* Proficiency in Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, and CRMs.
* Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
* Experience in the real estate or home inspection industry is a plus,
