Customer Service Representative

We are a growing e-commerce company and we are looking for an expert Customer Service Representative who will help us during this peak season or on a as-needed set up.

We need someone who has experience doing Customer Service for Shopify using Help Scout.
In your proposal, please include the word “GUMMIES” and tell us about your previous customer service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to customer requests on Help Scout in perfect English
Issue refunds according to our Refund Policy
Respond to all customer service inquiries quickly and accurately (within a 24-hour SLA)
Re-send products to customers when needed
Communicate on Slack daily with the rest of the Support Team
Display a high level of professionalism at all times towards customers and colleagues
Available to work during Central Time working hours
This is only a seasonal or as needed role!
