Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Deliver excellent customer service, responding to a variety of calls and
2. Use knowledge obtained in training to locate answers in a knowledge database to respond to customer's mortgage related requests
3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
5. Reach personal, team, and contact center performance targets
6. Take ownership of all customer inquiries and proactively follow through to ensure resolution
7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and document appropriately
8. Navigate multiple computer systems and applications, and utilize search tools to provide information to customers
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications & Experience
- College level or graduate
- Minimum of 6 months of BPO experience (Voice and/or Non-Voice account)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for customer service and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance industries
- Passport or driver’s license for future international opportunities
