Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
Provide knowledgeable support for luxury products.
Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Collaborate using Slack and GSuite for smooth internal communication.
Requirements:
Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is a plus.

About Us:
Compensation & Schedule:
$550-$800 per month.
Earliest start 9:00 AM / latest end time 8:30 PM EST.
M-F, weekends off.
Permanent Remote.
Attendance Bonus.
Performance Bonus.
13th Salary (after completing one year).
Paid Christmas, NY, Easter Off + 5 Days PTO.
