We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The successful candidate will handle customer service requests via Messager applications, primarily assisting English-speaking clients with inquiries, bookings, and customer support. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond to messages quickly and efficiently.
- Manage customer inquiries and service requests via WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
- Handle booking requests, process bookings, and ensure accurate and timely responses to clients.
- Maintain an open-minded and customer-focused approach to address a variety of needs.
- Build positive relationships with customers through clear and helpful communication.
- Meet response time expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Structure: Earn 1.5% commission on the total value of each successfully completed booking (paid in GBP).

Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in customer service or a
related field is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with WhatsApp and the ability to learn new software or systems as required.
