A bilingual customer service representative in Spanish and English typically provides customer support by phone, email, or online chat. Their responsibilities include:

Customer service: Being the first point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns, and providing information about products and services

Problem-solving: Identifying the root cause of customer issues and using tools and resources to resolve them

Meeting standards: Adhering to quality standards, schedules, and average handle times

Communication: Driving customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication

Multitasking: Working on multiple computer screens and windows to attend to customer concerns

Other responsibilities may include: Processing returns and orders, Escalating complaints to the appropriate teams, Mentoring less experienced associates, and Reading legal disclosures verbatim.

Some skills and qualifications that may be required for a bilingual customer service representative include: Fluency in both English and Spanish, Strong communication skills, Ability to type at least 35 words per minute, Basic computer navigation skills, and Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Qualifications :

- Must be College Graduate
- With atleast 2 years experience of Spanish Bilingual
