We are looking for an all-star VA to join our growing team in the Philippines as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate for this post is proactive, alert, fluent in speaking and writing in English, hard-working and must have a can-do attitude. Someone who can take full ownership of the post and will create on it.
In this role, you will be in charge of:
Responding to and handling customers’ concerns
Handling feedback & reviews
Keeping files clean and organized
Strong candidate’s experience and qualifications will include:
Current or previous experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Preferably knowledge and experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Able to quickly understand given instructions.
Highly intelligent, self-motivated, and reliable.
Additional qualifications:
Willing to work in a flexible schedule (US hours).
Must have excellent written and spoken English skills.
Must have access to a suitable place to work uninterrupted, with reliable electricity, high-speed internet, and a fast computer.
