Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main task will be to engage with customers through private online chat conversations, ensuring every interaction is warm and supportive. You’ll address inquiries and concerns efficiently, always striving for complete customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll craft engaging and informative responses that embody our service values, making each conversation impactful. Professionalism is crucial, as you’ll maintain a respectful demeanor in all interactions, positively representing our brand.

You’ll also utilize our customer relationship management system to track interactions and deliver seamless service. When faced with complex inquiries, you’ll know when to escalate issues to the appropriate team or manager. Additionally, keeping accurate records of all conversations is vital for ensuring clarity and continuity in service.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Customer Service Representative position, you should meet the following criteria: you must be fluent in English (C1 level or higher) and have a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute. A reliable internet connection is necessary, with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed. A professional work environment is required, as inappropriate locations are not acceptable.
