Position Overview:
The Republic of Palau's Digital Residency Program provides the world's first Web3 ID, which supports the application of Palau ID and ID on-chain. We believe that our success is driven by the outstanding people who make up our team. We're currently seeking an A+ Customer Service Representative to uphold our standard of excellence in customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints, guiding them through the resolution process.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service.
Ensure all customer interactions are logged and details are not missed.
Qualifications:
Can work for 40-48 hours per week
Proven experience as a customer service representative.
Preferably has experience/knowledge with Web3
Familiarity with LiveChat and
Experience with QA
Ability to clearly express and convey information through
Ability to address issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the client.
Comfortably handle multiple cases or tasks at the same time.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
