JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote but Candidates must live near/close to the following to be considered for the JOB. (Pasig, Makati, Taguig, Quezon City, paranaque, Manila)

Type: Independent Contractor - Full Time - Work schedule may vary based on business needs.

Compensation: $300usd Bi-weekly

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals

REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING, WIFI, Computer & Phone
Fluent in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
