Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with ServiceTitan and a passion for providing top-notch customer support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Use ServiceTitan to manage and track customer interactions, appointments, and service requests.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in ServiceTitan.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with management.
Uphold the company’s commitment to high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
Proficiency in using ServiceTitan software is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of empathy and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
