JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers/clients, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing essential product or service information. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional support.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a BPO or Call Center environment is required.
- Previous experience handling a healthcare account is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and perform well under pressure.
- Familiarity with AxisCare, Amazon Connect, or similar healthcare software, CRM systems, and call center technology.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace if working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls, texts, and voicemail inquiries from clients and caregivers.
- Address and resolve issues, complaints, and concerns with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments in response to caregivers' and clients' requests.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to schedules.
- Update client and caregiver profiles and manage sensitive information with confidentiality in AxisCare.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve overall team goals.
