We are an insurance company based in the US operating for 30 years now. We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service experience. We are willing to train you on insurance.
Must have the following:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to multitask
- Technology skills
- Experience in Personal Lines Department
Duties are as follows:
- Retention of existing accounts – No. 1 Priority
- Answer the phones
- Renewal of Client accounts that fall within the assigned section of the alphabet
- Verify coverages as well as prices from the previous year
- Possible re-shopping and re-underwriting in order to retain the account
- Helping to Quote New Accounts
- Completing Accord Form
- Quoting Online
- Sending requests to various carriers to receive quotes
- Building Cost Estimators
- Obtain Clue / MVR reports
- Process LPRs
- Helping to get the correct information from the insured in order for the CSR to present a quote.
- Contacting non-paying clients
- Other duties as assigned
